as ive realized recently, pain and experience can really change a person unexpectedly and even exceed his/her limits. honestly iba talaga ang jumpstart kapag nauntog ka ng pagkalakas lakas

just bought my squat rack last week so hindi ko nadevelop yung squat stats ko hehehe ang nedevelop ko talaga deadliftthis is where i do my preacher curl ^_^ just bought it last week. kaya hindi ko nadevelop bench press ko masyado and squats. when doing squats before i lift it to my back first before i can do squats =(=(

My right bicep hurt while doing bench press and whats worst i didnt even reach 190lbs :banghead:=(
Only got 160lbs tapos bumigay agad :arghh:
Tapos just 10mins ago right bicep curl cant even lift a 30lb dumbell =(=(
A really sad day, losing strength at right arm but so far i didnt feel any pain today, i decided to stop muna today para hindi lumala and got back to my room. Rest muna for 3days gonna hit legs tomorrow morning tapos wala muna ensayo and lifts til thurs or friday. Sana okay na sa thurs or friday right bicep ko =(
