eto po laman ng ref namen ngayon for me,
bearbrand powder
oatmeal
7pcs ng eggs
may extra 500, I think ako for additional foods.
Thanks for the responses guys
natural foods na lang, best value for the money
at isa pang advantage ng protein coming from meats ay yung satiety (or kabusugan). kung di ka naniniwala, try mo ang 100 g of protein coming from beef/chicken vs 100 g of protein coming from protein powder. matagal bago ka makaramdam uli ng gutom pag sa meat mo kinuha ang protein requirements mo
di ko naman sinasabi na useless or avoid protein supplements. merong mga time na di ka makakain ng proper meal (due to work schedule or other important reasons), ok dyan ang protein supplements dahil iinumin mo lang
basta don't view protein supplements as the "key" to increasing your muscle mass. no supplement can compensate for a poor diet
Hahaha.
@TS -Prioritize whole food first.
Pang puno lang ng kulang ang supplement.
Definitely Whey comes first.
Kung may 2nd best, that's creatine.
EGGS
CHICKEN
TUNA
OATMEAL
PEANUT's ETC!
I agree - food first always. If buying supps, whey and creatine is tops - that's all I've used regularly over the years. I'm not counting a multi-vit and vit C, as those are academic. Fish oil also if one can afford it and available.
