well as usual kasi misinformed ang karamihan ng mga ladies about getting "bulky" if they lift weights. in fact women will have to exert 3x the effort/hard work compared to a man in order to have enough lean mass to be called bulky due to the fact na relatively mababa ang T-levels ng women compared to men. Got nothing but props for you don't be like the others who loves being "skinny-fat" meaning they're body composition is just skin and fat and barely has any lean mass at all.

Totoo to! Maraming nangyayare sa katawan naming mga girls unlike men na simpleng bulk and cut. Pero it depends narin kung ipapa-affect namin yun sa workout routine. Minsan kelangan mo nalang na i-psych sarili mo just to get it done! As much as possible hindi talaga ako nag rereklamo. Consistent = sure results!

Well naexplain na din ni DS na ang reason nga na hindi ganun kadali maging bulky ang babae dahil mababa ang testosterone levels niyo.
That's the same reason why other woman inject synthetic test para maging bulky. So as long you won't inject some of that, I really doubt you will get bulky.
