    Oh to add, may friend ako na interested mag strength training din, she even doesn't care how she may look like as long as she knows she will never get bulked like those internet body builder fem's overnight, "rome wasn't built overnight".
    Well, I'll tell her to register here in a few months woot.

    well as usual kasi misinformed ang karamihan ng mga ladies about getting "bulky" if they lift weights. in fact women will have to exert 3x the effort/hard work compared to a man in order to have enough lean mass to be called bulky due to the fact na relatively mababa ang T-levels ng women compared to men. Got nothing but props for you don't be like the others who loves being "skinny-fat" meaning they're body composition is just skin and fat and barely has any lean mass at all.

    @TS teka journal mo na ba to atei? we'll have to move it if it is. :)

    Pano pala i-move? Sorry newbie! hehe nakita ko kasi sa journal required ang workout routines and meal plan. Gusto ko sana simulan yung journal ko pag nag Day 1 ulit ako sa gym! Para may specifics about sa program and meal plan. Pero kung pwede naman pala i-move 'to dun, why not! :)

    Hahahaha hindi. Parehas kasi kami ng gym na pinag bubuhat-an. Baka nakita niyo pictures niya sa gantong gym :) Oo parehas kaming UP, naimpluwensyahan ako sa pag bubuhat niya! Haha

    Jet, ang ituro mo sa friend mong girl e yung basic nutrition muna (role of macros). iba kasi ang training approach and response ng woman. madami din sila concerns that should be taken into consideration like stretch marks (they hate it), monthly period, proportions etc. unlike men na basic bulk and cut. hahaha its impossible to tell the ladies to bulk, try it! hehe

    Will update may workout routine and meal plan soon! Para maka share din ako ng experience ko and para atleast may idea siya kung anong ginagawa kahit na babae. :)

    Totoo to! Maraming nangyayare sa katawan naming mga girls unlike men na simpleng bulk and cut. Pero it depends narin kung ipapa-affect namin yun sa workout routine. Minsan kelangan mo nalang na i-psych sarili mo just to get it done! As much as possible hindi talaga ako nag rereklamo. Consistent = sure results!

    Very nice, lalo na yung progress mo from March 1 to March something, laki ng difference. Sana ako din ganun kabilis mag progress hahaha.
    Makikita talaga ang difference ng mga babaeng skinny sa babaeng sexy, girls that lift.

    Well naexplain na din ni DS na ang reason nga na hindi ganun kadali maging bulky ang babae dahil mababa ang testosterone levels niyo.
    That's the same reason why other woman inject synthetic test para maging bulky. So as long you won't inject some of that, I really doubt you will get bulky.
    Fit and Sexy instead!

    nah it won't be... For sure, videohan ko yan to make other girls/friends/workmates to lift heavy weights instead of pink dumbells and cardio shittheads ( racist lol )

    Much better kung kasama natin sa video nag bubuhat like a boss si Jin para makahatak din sya ng maraming girls na magbuhat like my ultimate crush Jen Comas Keck..
