Try mo yung dymatize, Halos pareho lang profile nila ng ON, mas mura ng konti sa ON. although isang flavor pa lang nattry ko, ok sya, parang scramble lang na nilalako na natunaw. mas masarap pag hinaluan ng gatas! Or yung gaspari myofusion, yun gamit ni ser milk ngayon, halos mabaliw na sya sa sarap hahaha!

kung may mapagbilhan ka ng maltodextrin mag malto+whey kana lang parang gainers na din yun pero mas cheaper. kung hindi damihan mo na lang talaga kain, ayaw mo non wala kang restriction.
^^ grabeh ang sarap ng pakiramdam ng nag bubulk ng walang restrictions sa pagkain, nakaka miss sa totoo lang. but then again be careful and wise about bulking, para in the long run hindi ka mahirapan if ever na gusto mong mag bawas din.
thanks sa replies mga sir! gusto ko po talaga mag whey kasi lalo na pag schoold days, hirap din makakain ng 5-6 meals per day.. kahit medyo mahal ang whey compared sa serious mass na ginagamit ko, pinag-iipunan ko na sya kasi alam ko naman na walang mas gaganda pang investment kesa sa health..

ang ginagawa ko po kasi eh half lang nung serving ng serious mass per intake, twice a day pag nagbuhat, tas once lang pag rest day..kaya umaabot sya ng almost 1 and a half month per 6lbs bucket..hehehe tama po ba yung ginagawa ko? or mas effective kung gawin ko yung 2 scoops per serving? yun kasi advice sakin nung gym instructor namin..hehehe thanks!

thanks...while I appreciate your advice, since 75% is nutrition, my plan is to have whey as a meal replacement...by the way, I was 220lbs before now I'm down to 175-170lbs after about half a year of diet and exercise...my height is 5feet 5inches. my workout sked is MWF & SS = Cardio 45 mins and TTH & SS = Weight training aldo 45 mins...practically no rest day...I would say, I'm struggling sa diet ko, so I was thinking of meal replacement using whey- either SEI Protein or Promatrix7, pwede ba yung plan ko?

But as I see it in another perspective, you don't have issues with your diet as brader nikks said, you're having problems with your discipline. You're losing focus on your goal brader. Think it over, ask your self again if you really want to lose weight :cool:
