lagi akong nag-le-level sa cutting

may sortoff of explanations po ba kayo?
Pede dahil sa madami ang nakakain mo bago ka nagbubuhat kaya imbes na nagagamit ng katawan mo yung energy sa pagbubuhat lang ay nahahati pa sa pag burn ng pagkain. Kaya siguro pag nag cucut ka ay mas ok ang energy mo. Siguro... Hahaha
may effect ba taking medicines like pain killers during WO?
sumakit ngipin ko kahapon, that i need to take a dose pain killer before i had my WO,
which could be counted as one of those 'bad days'...
i'm not sure if its w/ the pain killers ha kasi pag may nanraramdaman tayu like nung sakit ng ngipin nakaka drain talaga sya ng energy and nakakastress where may possibility na ma-carry over sa workouts. pero kung meds that would cause drowsiness definitely may epekto yun sa workout.

mas maganda mag take ng whey bago ma tulog kesa naman sa umaga lols pero depende naman sayo yan kung kaylan mo gusto imunom ng whey... ang mali mo lang sir mimax eh wlang nakukuwa nutrients ang body pag 2log.. mas maganda nga mag whey pag bago matulog kasi mass ma absorb ng muscle mo while resting.

Ako din walang breakfast pati nga sa ensayo walang laman ang tyan ko pero bakit may improvements naman sakin in terms of size and strength?
baka naman naguluhan lang si mimax sa pag kakaintindi nya mga sirs... baka kala nya kung wala kang kakainin bago matulog, wala nang nutrients na ma uutilize ung katawan natin.. baka na miss niya yung detalye na yung mga nakain natin during the day are metabolized or utilized even during our sleep... baka lang.. or baka lang din ganun kagaling ung source niya.. baka mali din ako.

Personally, it helps me to be in a good mood and also revs up my metabolism. Pero siguro, case to case basis din. Depende din siguro sa intake ng food mo before sleeping, maybe Casein will help.
Ako never ako nag Break fast. hehe I usually "break" my "Fasted" phase around 11am and it's my first meal since leangains user ako hehe.
So Like nung ginagawa ko tuwing workout day, 2700 calories binubuo ko at carbs loading ako nun! bloated as hell halos madepress na nga ako sa kabusugan hehe then when I wake up I feel na sumiksik sa masels ko yung nilamon ko nung gabi at mas gumanda pa itsura ng tyan ko instead na taba..
That's my personal experience lang naman... so better to ingest greater supps/vits or nutritious meals before bed time para swabe pag gising mo after 8hrs hehe

Like the others here, I also practice intermittent fasting. I never feel weak during my weight training session and I never feel sluggish in the morning while at work
kaka start ko lang po mag workout nag loose na po ako from 198 lbs to 176 lbs na po ako ngayon ang regular routine ko ay 50- 1hr elliptical machine workout pero putol putol and bench press dumbell exercises 7 set x 4 reps and ab crunches. ung exercise ko po inaabot nang 2 - 2.5 hrs a day including short breaks araw araw po minsan nag papahinga ako 1 day or 2 days tapos workout ulit araw araw same routine. tanong ko lang po kung tama ba ung routine ko para mabilis mag loose nang weight or should I focus sa cardio muna until ma reach ko ung weight goal ko which is 155 lbs.
