Weight Loss Help

Hello, just registered here today. I'm Kyle. 21 years old. I want to lose weight sana. I did this before na kasi then i gained weight again. Mejo mahirap na magpapayat habang tumatanda. I was just wondering kung iinom ako ng whey protein, makakatulong ba tong papayatin ako or lalo akong tataba. I'm 5'10 1/2 and my weight is 190 pounds. Thinking about going back to the gym or back to boxing again.

    Welcome po sa pbb sir!

    If more on weight loss sir at hindi naman po kayo mag papa tone or papalaki ng muscle then its more on macro nutrients diet ang need po natin. dapat lower sa maintenance calorie per day po. marami po sa net ng mga calculator para malaman nyo po ang maintenance at lost fat intake nyo. eto po ang sample.

    then if my time pa po then cardio po. but if you want to loss weight nang mas mabilis is better to build some muscle.

    1. masterin mo ung Squat at deadlift(kahit empty olympic bar ka mag umpisa,ang mahala ung finish product mo)
    2. mag set ka ng goal na pang 6 months
    3. basa-basa ka dito,pag may oras ka(meal plans,calories,training,rep range,freq. training)
    4.mag prioritise ka sa lahat,(bago ka pumasok sa gym,dapat may game plan ka"kung anong muscle part ang gagawin mo,kung ilang sets,o kung makikipag usap ka lang sa lo0b)


    kung weight loss ang goal mo,madali lang un,diet lang ang aerobic exercise "Slim ang dating"
    PERO
    kung lean type ung gusto mo, weightlifting + diet + konting cardio = aesthetic look ung dating

    Gawa ka ng journal mo bro, dun mo lagay workout routine mo, diet, etc.
    Tapos dun tayo usap. Bawal kasi yata mag Q&A dito sa introduction thread.

    tama silang lahat gawa ka sir ng journal trust me maraming tutulong sayo dito with out the BS@!T comment. kung anu dapat mung marining at malaman kung anu ang tototoo yung ang sasabihin ng mga master dito. saka basa basa rin po kayo ng mga journal ng mga members marami na po kayo matututunan dun pati mga diet and routine and program nila nandun lahat.
