in New Member Introductions
Hi PBBers.

Lifting for about 9 months now and definitely made some solid gainzzzz..

I lift at Golds Gym Intercon and glorietta. But moving soon to alabang. So gonna be going to the golds there. I heard Its the biggest golds in philippines..hehe

    Wow dude ipon for an 18 yrs old.. Kung ako un ill be going on a 24 hour duty evry other day..crap hahaha

    never ko pa na experience yung tutyal na gym! hehehe ano kaya feeling nun?

    halos 3 kanto gym pa lang napuntahan ko... lahat naka tsinelas at minsan babantot pa hehe

    Yung una ko MMA ( halos 6 months lang ako at hindi pa consistent ) pero yung buhat side nila mukhang maganda din ( gymkatta sa katapat ng Pasay City Complex / Cuneta Astrodome )

    Yung ngayon Mega Power naman .

    At dati yung bara bara buhat Underworld.. literal suffocate ang labanan sa liit ng pwesto.

    Pinakamahal yung sa taas 75 petot noon pa yan.. yung the rest naglalaro sa 20-30 petot

    Gold's gym waltermart sinubukan ko dun for 1month, di ko nagustuhan ung services. Ang onti ng facilities, ung mga fitness assisstant kapag may client sila todo mambakod sa equipment. Pagntyempuhan mo na gagamitin nila ung bench press, automatic tatapusin nila lahat ng set. Maiinis ka nlng kahihintay jase magkkuwnetuhan pa sila ng client nya while waiting. Don't get me wrong, I don't have anything against gold's gym pero sa branch na un, panget talaga ang kalakaran.

    doc, sa north edsa ba ito? maliit lang golds dun eh. never tried it but from the looks of it from the outside mukhang di ganun kadami nag eensayo. if you are near north edsa sa MASCU ka na lang buhat sulit pa pera mo!
