Hello po sa lahat.
I'm Michael. Kakastart ko lang po mag gym last October 19, 2012. Background ko po is I was an athlete when i was in highschool, football. Mahilig din po sa basketball. Pagdating po ng college napabayaan ko na po ang sarili ko. Inom, Yosi and unhealthy eating habbits. For almost 4 years pinabayaan ko ang sarili ko na tumaba and maging unhealty. Kaya nagdecide po ako na baguhin ang lahat habang hindi pa huli para sa akin.
My Goal is to Gain raw strength, build solid muscles and to live a healthier life.

I joined PBB kasi gusto ko po malaman kung tama po ang ginagawa kong workout program and other tips para maachieve ko ang goals ko. Sa pagbabasa ko kasi ng other journals ng newbies na katulad ko marami talaga ang tumutulong sa kanila.
[align=center]NEWBIE QUESTIONS of mine:[/align]
- Pagnagbubuhat po ako for example sa bench press 3 sets ng 90 pounds, hindi po ako nagdadagdag per set. Tama po ba yun? Pero sinusubukan ko po sya dagdagan every week kaso same weight every set. kagaya next week susubukan ko po na mag 100 pounds pero for 3 sets.
- Maganda po bang brand ng Whey Protein ang MUTANT WHEY? Meron po ba itong bad side effects?
- Maganda po ba ang pag inom ng VITAMILK? totoo po ba ang man-boob side effect nya?
- Tama po ba ang workout program na ginagawa ko? Hindi po ako kasi nagfofocus sa certain body parts, I'm trying to develop my "WHOLE" body..

About your first question, that depends on each person's preference. Merong mas preferred straight weights sa lahat ng sets tulad ng ginagawa mo, yung iba pyramid while yung iba reverse pyramid.
2. whey protien is okay pwera nalng kung may allergy ka sa product content ng whey
3. soy product mataas ang estrogen content kya di advisable na mag kakain at uminon ng madami nito pwera nlng kung babae or bakla na gustu magka boobs ahaha lol.

Para po sa inyo ano po ang mas maganda pyramid or reverse pyramid? para mas madali po macomplete ang bench pressing ng flat, inclined and declined?

Bench Press (Flat, Inclined, Declined) - 100 pounds
DB Flys - 20 pounds (each arm)
DB chest press - 40 pounds (each arm)
Shoulder Press on Gym Machine - 90 pounds (45 on each side)
Lateral Raise - 15 pounds (each arm)
Preacher Curl - 40 pounds
DB bicep Curl - 20 pounds each arm
Hammer Curl - 20 pounds each arm
