We are talking about the "normal" dips right? not the one where you lean on the bench and do the dips. kung yes, medyo may tama pero dapat mas sore ang tri's mo compared sa delts.

una let's define heavy = imo, heavy is basically about 80-90% of your 1RM weight. so it's relative from each individual.
a bb curl is not the same as cheat curl.
pero nagiging cheat curl ang bb curl when nearing muscle failure / fatigue.. hindi po ito cheating, going to failure ito mga 2 - 3 reps max yan sa dulo. it's done to focus on the concentric movement, eto yung maririnig mo na "isa pa! kaya mo yan!! eskweeeezzeee!!!!"
medyo nagiging tricky lang sa iba itong basic exercise of curling a weight.
so yes, kung warmup weight pa lang eh parang standing glute exercise na ginagawa. wtf!? right?
