  • tapos yung scoop nsa top hndi man nasa baba o gitna. tapos ang nkakagulat idol kulay gold ^^. akla ko nga gnawa tlga gold kc goldstandar :Dkawawa naman ako kung fake. nun una nga parang nafake ako kc ngka allergies ako tpos dko ramdam ang pglaki tpos ngayun naman 2nd bumili ako gold yung scoop at nasama yung papel nung pgopen ko. :((

    san ka nga bumili?? maari may mga fake nga pero mahirap msabi yun if fake nga tlga sya. yun scoop tlagang kulay gold na or prang nanilaw lng? if gold nga tlga e baka binago na nila now... bago yan. if nagkaka allergies ka e itigil mo na yan if sa whey nga tlga nagmula yan ha! pede rin sa iba mong knakain yan bro...
  • gold tlga idol. nun una kasi straberry 2lbs.no allergies at nramdaman ko pglaki. 2nd doulbe rich choco 5lbs ngkallergies ako at diko ramdam pglaki. 3rd is ngayun 5lbs strawberry :). diko pa alam result pero ang naexperience ko is kulay gold yung scoop at kabukas ko agad naalis yung papel. hay

    baka nga bago na now ang scoop ng ON whey. kaya gold na sya... tingnan natin yun ibang sagot ng mga members dito bro. dipa kc ko ulit nakakabili ng whey now e! yun sa papel e common yun! ntural lng yun bro... dont cha worry ok! :sport:

    hi guys! i have a very interesting question. how nice if you put power cleans in your workout routine?

    and if my workout routine goes like this,
    M- chest and triceps
    T-back and biceps
    W-rest
    TH-Shoulder and forearms
    F-Legs

    where should i put the power clean workout in those days?? thank you guys in advance for answering my question! :)

    pede yan, clean bulking diet... kaso, mhirap yun at mas magastos!

    hi boss! actually possible na magpabulk but minimal lang yung pag gain ng fats pero i would say na it's really hard and needs a lot of self discipline to achieve that. pero normally when we bulk we gain a lot of weight and we cannot change that fact that we gain more fats than muscles (usually), but it's part of the game ika nga ng mga veterans na kakilala ko hehe. just keep it going. be more disciplined lang sa cutting phase:flex:

    pareho kayo ni aloy, one of the members here. he bought choco malt i think 2 months ago. gold din yung scooper nya. palagay ko hindi naman pafe yun kasi he gained from it!

    Eto ata yung eating above caloric maintenance level sa lifting days. Tapos caloric deficit sa non lifting/cardio days. Parang bulking phase at cutting phase sa loob ng isang week.
  • body recomp usually involves gaining muscle at the same time burning fat. the reason why it is normally adviced to eat around maintenance is to promote (though minimal) muscle growth and minimize fat while growing lean mass w/c also leads into "fluctuating" numbers sa weighing scale. the only prob w/ this approach is takes a longer time to see visible results unlike the usual bulk-cut cycles.

    LOL Sinisi ang di paglaki sa whey! Eh di sana mala Lou Ferrigno na ako sa dami ko na-take na whey since nagbuhat ako. Anyway matananong nga sa FSPI kung gold na ba ang scooper.

    Use it as a warm up for your leg day, assuming that you'll do squats first. It will awaken your CNS and give you a good squat training day!

    Sorry but I have to disagree with the bolded part, if you're bulking, you're bulking and vice versa. It can never happen at the same time.

    Di mo rin masisi kasi kahit yung mga doctor eh nag re-rely pa rin sa lintik na Height - Weight chart na yan.

    So if we use this guy as an example 5'7 - 250lbs competition weight

    itatanong ko palang sana kung ano yung reason ng fluctuating weight. pero nasagot na, Mostly kasi I'm around 160-162, then nung friday naging 157, tas back to 161 nung monday, hahaha :)

    di kaya ma overtrain ka nian bro?? try mo yung legs isang araw lng simulan mo sa squats na tamang form malamang after leg w.o mo di kna mkakapag shoulder at biceps...ano ba rationale mo bro for doing 2x chest,triceps and biceps in a week hehehe gustu ku lng malaman.
