    idol ko din ung katawan ni rob riches. pero another thing i also like about him is being humble. bat ikaw nde. lolz.

    anyway. ung tinutukoy mo about 12 rep range. kay rob riches mo rin ata narinig yan. may video ako na sinabi nya yan. base on his experience nya daw. pero sinabi nya 8-12reps pero ung max weight padin. kung babawasan mo ung weight na binubuhat mo useless din.

    kokoro, ok ka naman eh alam ko na may alam ka, kay sa yung iba dyan, kaso kulang sayo respeto sa pag post may alam man o hindi ang isang tao kailangan mo pa rin respetuhin kasi tao ka hindi ka hayup, wag ka madala sa pag post mo and sa mga ideas mo at kailangan mo idefend ang gusto mong ipoint out na hindi ka napipikon.. ok???

    halimbawa 8 reps ung target mo,
    1-2-3-4-5 reps mo kaya pa
    ung
    6-7-8 rep ay ung point na nahihirapan ka na
    na sa tingin mo di mo na kaya,pero pag sinubukan o kaya naman you dig deep
    sa bandang huli kaya mo pala
    ung mapapasigaw ka ng konti,mapupula o pagpapawisan sa 6th,7th at 8 rep
    mappansin mo un sa expressssion ng muka mo

    sana naintidihan mo
