Well you seem to have some knowledge of what you're doing. Ang akin lang am sure most of us here will agree na pag may comments or suggestions ka you'll express it like or say words like eto ang alam ko ang nabasa ko etc. ...Hindi yong impose mo yong will mo sa iba. The truth is we're all just getting all these knowledge sa internet or magazines o ano ano pa. Unless na certified trainer ka you're familiar w/ biomechanics, exercise physiology, basic anatomy,kinesiology, health assessment. Yong forum dito more on experience lang ng isat isa. Hindi naman porke suggest ng iba eh gagawin na natin may kanya kanya tayong diskarte sa workout, puede ring may tweaks at subukan yong suggestions ng iba. Trial and error naman din to. Yon lang sa kin. Di na rin ako bago sa weightlifting, I was doin it when I was younger nahinto lang ako coz of family responsibilities ngayon my kids are older I can continue my love of weightlifting. And I can say it's giving me more strenght and confidence na rin lalo sa trabaho ko. Yon lang
