Hehehehe..kinarir ko talaga ang IF.. i'm doing the 16/8 protocol. Tapos intense work out pa rin 6 days a week. Only one day rest. Tulad today, rest ko, after working out for 6 straight days.
Rest day kasi manonood ako ng movie ni Vice Ganda... Lol.
magbabaon ako ng maraming pagkain... hehehehe.
Salamat bro. Im doing the 16/8 protocol. Walang appetite suppresor, disiplina lang. Pero i take supps. Ngayon mas tuyo na katawan ko. Bilib talaga ako sa IF. It really works. Mas effective sya pag fasted work out. Mas mataas energy. I'm down to 166-167lbs. Goal ko abot ako ng 155lbs sa december 2012. IF ka din ba?
Feeding time is from 2pm to 10pm. Today medyo napakain ako ng carbs eh non work out day ko so badtrip. Bawi ako bukas will try the 20/4 protocol.

155?? Woah! Pictures agad pagnareach mo na yun ah! I'm currently bulking right now, but I've tried IF a couple of weeks ago. Ginawa ko siya 20/4 and legit, 3kg in 3days! Too much too fast, but nonetheless very effective! Nakuha ko sa hodgetwins din na magtrain while fasted, but I used a pretrainer. Good results din! Do you use any pretrainers? Bilib din ako talaga sa IF bro, pero yung binging lang talaga yung ang hirap labanan. Any tips on how to stop this w/o suppresants? Lalo na kung sa gabi for example, 12pm to 4pm feeding window, mga 7 palang ang hirap na kontrahin ng cravings!

i am now down to 161 lbs. i think i will reach my goal of 155 lbs before december 21, 2012. at the rate i am losing the fat and building on muscle, kaya talaga.
