Frustration

Bangis ng PBB.com! Very informative at more importantly, napansin ko na very compassionate at supportive ng mga members. Di tulad sa ibang forums na wala nang ginawa kundi magbangayan. Looking forward sa learning experience ko rito! :)

Anyways, ako po si Nick, 22,162cm, 144lbs and a frustrated endomorph. Tried online BF calculators at yung results around 19-20% BF (Pero tingin ko masmalaki pa sa 20% BF ko). Naging interested ako sa bodybuilding so as to improve my aesthetics. I started working out seriously roughly 2 months ago. Generally, I try to be active so I lift weights around 5 times a week, plus tumatakbo din ako mga at least twice a week, and I watch my calories. Kaso nga lang, nakakafrustrate yung results kasi nababalot parin ako ng taba. Feeling ko parang yung input na ginagawa ko hindi najujustify ng results. Particulary yung:

Arms & Abs: Pagnakaflex kita yung lines pero paghindi, parang balloon. Lalo na sa shoulders area.

Thighs and Calves: Yung calves pagnakaflex may cuts pero paghindi, balloon din. Yung thighs, hayop sa laki kasi puno lang siya ng taba.

Butt: Eto yung greatest frustration ko. Goal ko sana na paliitin sana yung butt ko para masmagandang tingnan tulad ng mga fitness model, pero after the 2months, lumaki pa siya yata. Sikip na sa pantalon at pagnaktayo lumolobo siya. Lol

Kaya madalas I blame myself for being an endomorph na sobrang bilis magstore ng fat, at somehow sobrang galing niya magstore nito. Parang ayaw niyang pakawalang ng taba. Magpopost po ako ng journal for more info on my routine & diet, para mapoint out nyo po mga masters kung saan po yung mali ko.

    YOU CAN TRY THE GLUTE MACHINE, LEG PRESS MACHINE WILL DO FOR YOUR BUTT, JUST CONTINUE DOING CARDIO AND WATCH YOUR CARB INTAKE. BE PATIENT MY FRIEND. ITS NOT A SPRINT ITS A MARATHON IF U KNOW WHAT I MEAN. DONT CHECK THE MIRROR EVERYDAY AND YOUR WEIGH SCALE COZ YOU WILL NOT SEE RESULTS RIGHT AWAY. TRUST ME YOULL BE GLAD YOU DID IT THE HARD WAY.

    It doesn't work overnight brod, people counts yrs. to improve, sabi nga nila it's not a sprint it's a marathon if u know what I mean, pakonti-konti makikita mo my changes din sa frame mo. Besides from lifting, cardio 70pct ay nutrition balanse dapat at rest. Common sense most of the time will help you get through it. Hindi yong mga nakikita at nababasa mo sa mga muscle magazines.
