Capt Kirk: Coach. I wanna try that "Squat". So they loaded 300lbs and I missed it. After 5-10 mins I said to my coach "Coach I wanna try that again". Finally I got it, 300lbs. First time I did squats and I actually liked it.

Was able to do back to back training days which is something I haven't done in while. My numbers are still off but again this is better than not being able to train at all.

Also, I'm into strength training so wala akong masyadong paki alam sa aesthetics ang importante sakin lumalakas ako kaya di ako naglalagay ng pics dito besides being a private person.
Will post another set of pics pag full balst na ulit ensayo ko for comparison.

@[zane] naalala ko nung first mong mameet si sir mighty..speechless ka na tulala..tapos labas natin sa gym mejo lumayo lang onti sa entrance dun muna binulalas yung pagkamangha at pagkagulat mo sa traps nya..ahahaha
Kaya pala ilang beses ako nasamid kanina niyari nyo pala yung pic ko dito! Sabi ko na nga ba di na lang sana ako nag post eh! hahahaha!
Yan ang epekto ng bulking phase ko, ung sa pic namin nun nila buh parang halfway pa lang ako nun sa bulking phase. kaso pag di na remedyuhan tong gout ko eh kailangan ko talaga ulit magbawas ng timbang. Nasa 195lbs pala ako ngayon.
@Sir Braso- Naki sir kakainin nyo ako ng buhay sa chest at mahina ako sa mga pressing exercises.
@DS- Oo nga di matuloy tuloy yung DL day natin. Wag na natin planuhin para biglang matuloy! hehe

Currently experimenting with my programming so that I can take care of my joints at the same time since it's really shitty to have gout attacks.
Will try alternating heavy and moderate training days and what I did today is something I got from Dave Tate wherein you can still train compoud lifts that is "joint friendly" but with the same difficulty as training with heavy weights even if you're only doing 60% of your 1RM, by putting it at the "back" of your program. Ayun mahirap nga! hehehe
Grabe laki mo boss parang mas lumaki ka pa compared nung nagmeet tayo.
Lalo yung traps at troso mo este braso pala yun. Hehe.
Partida yan may sakit pa. Hoping for your 100% recovery sir!

@sergie- Mas trip ko yung dating built ko nung baguhan pa lang ako dito sa PBB medyo mas define ako nun kasi di pa ako nag start mag bulk.
