my supplement stack - suggestions?

hi guys i got these stuff from tiggy's just yesterday (pina dala ko pa thru air cargo)
ON GS Whey 5lbs
ON Casein 4lbs
ON Opti Men
ON Amino 2222
and plano ko sana dagdagan ng ...
a) ON BCAA - problem is alin mas ok? powder or tab?
b) ON Glutamine - problem din is alin mas ok? powder or tab?
also need your suggestions regarding intake pattern.
sa 4 supps na nabili ko, at plano ko pa dagdagan ng BCAA or Glutamine, pano na kaya iinomin yang mga yan?

sabi ng iba sa net whey is enough. it doesn't matter if slow or readily digestible since in the end it will be absorbed by the body.
kung ako ganito gagawin ko:
pagkagising whey at optimen
tapos bago magbuhat amino 2222
magkatapos magbuhat whey agad
bago matulog casein at optimen
hindi naman siguro pang first timer lang ang maraming itatake, diba? and no, been lifting weights since college. ngayon ko lang talagang tinodo yung pag susupplements. as in isang bagsak na kagad lahat.

generally, mas mura at mas madaming serving ang powder over tabs or caps.
Both are OK naman, kargadong kargado ka na sa stack mo nyan, make sure you cover your training and nutrition too solb ka na nyan.
medyo nalito lang kasi ako konto sa timing WHEN to take, lalo na dun sa amino 2222.
anyway ano po mai susuggest nyo?
i guess i dont need to take more, aside sa sobrang gastos na. medyo marami rami na rin kasi pinag tetake ko kung ganun ty ulit.
TRY MO KUMAIN NG PULBURON HABANG NAG BUBUHAT, MAS EFFECTIVE WITHOUT WATER!
for me, I would be more concerned with the macro's and caloric target first. kasi baka di mo mamaximize ang bulking mo (I presume bulking ka). kasi maaaring ok nga ang timing mo sa supps, pero deficient naman yung calories mo. concerned citizen lang. hehe
