Hello Guys,
I am planning to obtain my ideal physique ung ripped muscles kaso ayon sa trainer sa gym namin ham pa din daw ung state ng muscle ko and my obliques and legs are a bit na iwan na ng ibang parts. On and off kasi ako sa pag gym(naging busy sa work and family) but now I am back to 3x a week using SL 5x5. Any advise and criticism will be taken by me in a positive way.
PS: Impress ako sa mga journals ng iba dito the best talaga ang site na ito. More power to us guys! Literaly! :sport:

Mukhang kailangan lang i-tweak ng konti ang programming at maraming imbalances sa lifts mo but nevertheless good job!
