    Day 17: LEGS DAY. It's good to be back in the gym. Na-satisfy din yung urge ko na magbuhat ule. Deload muna ako sa Squats because of my 1 week break, balik 105lbs muna para safe. Next week up to 120lbs muna then dagdag ule. Leg Press same at 150lbs. Up next week by 20lbs. SL Deads upped by 10lbs kanina since pakiramdam ko kaya naman ang tama naman ang tancha ko. I did 135lbs, upping the poundage to 150lbs next week. LP Calf Raise and Seated Calf Raise parehong 100lbs. Next week up by 20lbs.

    DOSE: Same at 120mcg then ketotifen before sleeping.

    Day 18: CHEST AND FOREARMS. Or should I say chest day, kasi naiwan ko yung index card ko. Nalimutan ko tuloy kung ano yung program after ng decline bp.

    Increased incline to 145lbs then used the same weight for flat and decline pero sa decline naka-5 reps lang ako instead of 6. Mejo nag-decrease yung strength ko because of my unofficial rest week. Retain ko lang yung weight next week and see how it goes.

    DOSE: same...

    Nalimutan ko pala yung progress pic last week. Took a couple tonight after eating and taking a shower. No change, wala kasing training last week. Hopefully next week may improvement. Although sa bathroom scale I lost 2lbs.

    Actually I think there is a difference, mas nagin visible yung "tummy dimple" mo oh? based dun sa previous progress pic mo sa gilid hehehe or maybe its just me. :P

    ^Sige bro, pag may significant change tag kita. So far kakarampot lang yung improvement eh.:blush:

    Day 19: BACK AND TRAPS. Demmit! Yung wrist injury ko is worse than I initially thought. Hindi ko nakumpleto kanina yung BB Rows. First WO set naka 4 lang ako then sobra sakit na. Nag-try ako second set pero 1 pa lang hindi na kaya. BTW, nag-deload ako from the previous weight from 140 to 125. Pulldowns and deadlifts ok naman. Yung BB Rows talaga yung hindi ko magawa. Hanap ako ng alternative para sa BB Rows sa book ni pareng Sean Nelawahfgh (hindi ko maalaala yung spelling hehe.)

    DOSE: 120mcg after workout then ketotifen before going to bed

    Day 19: AFTERTHOUGHT. Hindi ako matahimik sa nangyari sa wrist ko kaya nag-practice ule ako ng proper form ng bent over row dito sa bahay gamit yung empty bar ko. Mali pala yung form ko kanina kaya sumakit yung wrist ko. Note to self: Wag magpa-distract sa dumadaang chick sa tapat ng gym.

    Day 20: SHOULDERS AND TRICEPS. Half way there! This marks the 20th day of taking clen. So far I lost 5lbs. Hindi ko lang sure yung body fat percentage baka kasi nag-recomp yung katawan ko because of the anabolic effect ng clen. Sa training naman, I just picked up where I left off. Same weight as last time with the same amount of reps. Nag-acclimate na ule yung body ko sa weight training.

    Tonight tuloy na ule ang tattoo session pero hindi ako titigil gym ng 1 week. Ayoko masayang ule yung momentum ko. Mag-sleeveless na lang ako para hindi magasgas yung tattoo. Nakakahiya nga lang kasi baka isipin nung iba nagyayabang ako. Bahala na.

    DOSE: 120mcg + ketotifen

    EDIT: Just realized nga pala na last week off ako sa gym and that time yung diet ko hindi masyado nasunod, so ayun.

    Day 21: BICEPS AND ABS. Sa house na lang ako ng workout since meron naman ako equipment pang biceps. Nag weighted crunches na lang ako for the abs. No cardio today. Had to go to motoworld greenhills para kunin yung helmet na pina-reserve ko.

    Day 22: REST DAY. Tinkered with my bike. Kung kelan cheatday saka naman ako nawalan ng gana sa pagkain. Oh well.

    Day 23: REST DAY. Went to a friends house and had a few beers. Habang nagkwe-kwentuhan binati nya yung physique ko dahil tagal na namin hindi nagkikita. BTW, yung friend ko pala, kung ano yung size ko dati, yun yung size nya ngayon kaya na-kwento ko sa kanya yung "I want to look like that guy" pati yung kung ano ginawa ko pati diet, long story short I now have a gym buddy.:smile:

    Start ng workout nya tom, willing sya to workout 5 days a week which is good para pareho kami MaxOT.

    DOSE: Took 160mcg by mistake, nalito sa bilang. Ketotifen a few mins ago. Mamya lang ng konti antok na'ko.

    Thanks mga bossing. Naninibago pa nga ako hanggang ngayon, parang hindi pa din ako sanay sa bagong physique ko sa sobrang tagal kong naging obese.

    Day 24: LEGS AND CALVES. Ok, sabi ko before 120lbs sa squats pero nagkamali ako ng compute kaya naging 116.5lbs lang. I hate kgs! Leg Press 165lbs, up next week to 185lbs since kaya naman. SLDL 145lbs good form pwede increase by 10lbs next time. LP Calf Raises and seated Calf Raises 120lbs pero mejo pangit yung form ko sa seated kaya no increase muna next time.

    DOSE: 120 mcg, I took everything in 1 go para hindi na'ko magkamali sa dosage. O baka kasi nakainom lang ako kahapon kaya nalito ako. Anyway, observe ko din kung ano effect ng hindi hiwalay yung intake.

    Been busy with the my new scoot lately pati pala sa bike ko din. Journal entries will be postponed until further notice. Baka maging busy na din next week applying for a new job. Hectic, hectic, hectic pero tuloy pa din training!

    Also thinking about ending my cutting phase. Feeling ko hindi lang fats nalulusaw ko with clen. Mukhang pati muscles. But I'm happy to report na I lost 8lbs with clen. Hindi ko pa lang nache-check yung bf % pero here are some pics taken today sa banyo. Wala lang...
