Skinny na may stomach guts
Basically jogging ako papunta gym around 25-30 mins ayun na yung cardio ko then warm up tapos buhat na.
Kung meron kayo advice, it'll be very much appreciated since novice pa lang ako sa weight training.

ripped ka nyan kasi payat ka pa, pa bulk ka then cut, mahirap magpa-ripped na galing bulk pero maganda yung ganun.

anyway. i have this thinking to train strength and endurance since i play basketball. this may be a stupid question. pero i heard na bulking up and endurance training doesn't go hand in hand? does this mean na bulk up muna ako tapos sabay ko po sa cutting/toning yung endurance training?
Since student palang din ako. minsan ang sleep ko eh 4-6 hours lang. hmm. iba po ba yung effect ng tulog sa gabi and siesta. I was thinking kasi na bawiin yung lacking hours of sleep ko.

Cutting/Bulking would be more dependent on your nutrition.
