    uu masarap deloading pag tama, last na naexperience ko to nung medyo may injury ako sa shoulders, pag balik sa gym pra akong adict. lol.

    sa totoo lang mahirap mag palake ng calf lalo na sa genes din yan gaya ko, pero ako ginagawa ko lahat ng kaya ko para hindi maiwan ang legs ko lol,

    ang alam ko, pag nag squat,deadlift, leg wo, eh bihira ka mag plateau lalo na pag pabigat sila ng pabigat.

    mga bro ok lang ba 4x a week ako magbuhat?? ok lang ba mabasketball sa umaga tapos kakain pagkatapos..nagpapabulk kasi ako ..inaalala ko lang baka hindi umipekto pag nagbabasketball ako...salamt mga master :)

    @johnsy that will depend on the type of workout program you are using and goals, me I lift 5 times per week. about dun sa b-ball ok lang naman yun, though pagdating sa nutrition you will definitely need to eat MORE kasi playing will defnitely put you on higher expenditure pagdating sa calories in w/c dapat you have to be on calorie surplus pag bulking. basta bawiin mo na lang sa kain IMHO :smile:

    mga master..ano po ibig sabihin ng 1RM...bale gagmitin ko pon program ung German Volume eh..thanks po :))

    1 Rep Max ang meaning ng 1RM fafi. in short ung pinaka mabigat mong poundage sa isang lift in 1 rep. :)

    mga sir ilan beses b ko pede mag legs per week? balak ko 3x MWF.. injured kc shoulder ko tapos nakapag monthly ako kea sayang.. balak ko legs nalang muna abs and forearm.. pnu po ba yun? suggest niyo po mga sir?

    bugbog ata legs mo nyan, 3x/week... ang quads at hamstrings pa naman ay isa sa mga malalaking muscle groups ng katawan natin, mainam ang mahabang recovery nyan. cguro 2x/week pwde pa basta mahaba ang pagitan nya.

    panong injury ang shoulder? pero pwede ka pa ba magbuhat kahit light lang? kung pwede try to lift lightweight sa shoulder mo.

    tendinitis daw sabi ng doctor e.. kaya siguro ng light pero pahinga ko nalang siguro para mas mabilis recover..
    mga sir anu ba pede ko gawin lugi kasi ako sa bayad kung 2x a week lang.. suggestion mga sir ng 3x week workout without upper body legs forearm and abs lng.. badtrip talaga pag may injury sayang araw haha

    mas maigi nga kung hindi total rest. dapat igagalaw mo padin sya ibubuhat mo padin ng magaan,

    Do rehab exercises on your shouklder to keep the blood flowing. Resting it completely will just cause atrophy and will mkae it worse if kaya mo naman igalaw.

    You can do squats 3x/week as patterned sa SS or 5x5 program. If you can do deadlifts do it as well.

  • im just a newbie in your forum guys..and also a newbie in gym..hehe..sana my makatulong skin to give me advice on my questions..thanks in advance..im 26yrs. old...6 flat in height..medium built lang..my kalakihan tiyan..hehe...binigyan ako forte ko for everyday or depende sa gusto ko bsta i have 3 sets of program..1st day= shoulder and biceps...2nd day= chest and triceps...3rd day= back and legs..tpos balik ulit sa una...umaga pala ako ngbubuhat ksi my pasok..

    1. ilang x ba kelangan mgworkout in a week?wat do u advice ba?ayoko ng araw2 eh..kelangan din pahinga..
    2. ano ba maganda at mareccommend nyo na itake ko na supplement before and after ko magworkout?...pkiramdam ko kasi di ako mxado masigla at matamlay ako b4 mgwork out...en ung makakatulong na din s akin..what name en how much po..
    3. sa food nman ano ba makakatulong skin?adjust ba talaga sa rice en more on ulam..hahaha...

    sana po may makatulong sa akin bilang naguumpisa sa mundo ng bodybuilding..salamt po...actually nggym n din ako dati kaso nahihinto din eh..

    Sirs! Me got a question... Pag nag wide pull-ups kasi ako eh parang nasakit yung ugat sa may bandang shoulders ko, para syang naiipit? Ano kaya yun? Any advice?

    hello mga sir! im newbie here gusto ko mag tanong kung pwde ba mag pull ups monday to friday or alternate like (day 1 chest program) (day 2 back) (day 3 shoulder) (day 4 back again) pwde ba un? anu ba mas ok alternate or mon-fri rest day sat and sunday kc gusto ko lang habulin un upper back ko gust ko lang lumapad.... pls help......

    pag absolute newbie, in my opinion you need to train whole body every workout, 2-3x a week, purpose of this is familiarization with the basic movements.check the internet for sample template.you might wanna check rippetoe starting strength.

    in my opinion,follow your doc advice, no one but your doctor can diagnose you, mahirap kasi pas sa forum lang.if it hurts, dont force it.

    yes i do agree about following the doctors advice, pero not all md's here have background in sports science. btw afaik ung suggestion ni sir mighty worked for him and me too even though i doubted it at first. anyways, welcome to pbb

    puwede? maari...is it optimal?no...search the internet for more balance program.doing chest,back, shoulder the back again..your hitting shoulder girdle almost every day that may lead to injury in the long run.

    Exception ka naman boss monch, lakas mo sa pullups hahaha.
    Baka nga siguro kulang sa intensity, pero lagi namang heavy. Kita ko na naman na may progress sa back ko, kasi di na siya flat.

    Tapos sa deadlift, na sisira yung over hand grip ko after 5 reps sa 180lbs (heaviest so far). Kaya nung 2nd set nag alternate grip ako.
