assuming na bata ka pa.. mga age mo 18-21 years ang range. para sa akin eat all kahit ano baboy,baka,kanin ,tuna.. kahit ano.. pero iwas lang sa junkfoods and softdrinks.. as in lamon ha.. medyo napakabilis pa kasi ng metabolism mo nyan active ka pa may school, stress sa projects.. so eat more more and rest more more.
actually sa bulking pinaka key jan eat anything na nakahain sa mesa at hindi "kain-ibon" as in EAT BIG, cguro ung mga in between meals try eating more like nung banana and peanut butter meal mo dagdagan mo ng tinapay or pasta or any other food na mahahablot mo. try to avoid fast food as much as possible. oh and make sure sufficient ang nakakain mong "quality protein" the whole day from solid food sources.

I think nasasayo yan sir, ikaw ang bahala kung gaano kalaki gustong maging bago ka mag cut. 'Malaki' in a sense na healthy... Bulk up with foods,exercise,and rest
