I do weight lifting 3 times a week and do Tabata training on my gym day offs. I eat 5 to 6 meals a day

It's good that we have you trying a different meal program as opposed to the usual 5 to 6 meals that bodybuilders do
I hope you can make quantified results with that meal program
Like measuring your current body weight and body fat percentage before you started that meal program
That way, we could easily see how beneficial/effective it is

traditionally, ang approach ng most bodybuilders ay monthyly cycling. for example, 6 months bulking phase (all meals @ 120% of TDEE) then 6 months cutting phase (all meals @ 80% of TDEE). yan daw ang tinatawag na monthly cycling
pwede rin ang daily cycling. 3 consecutive days 80% of TDEE then 1 day @ TDEE
pwede rin ang hourly cycling. pre workout meal and and post workout meal @ 120% of TDEE then all the other 4 meals are @ 80% of TDEE
iyan ang pagkakaintindi ko dun sa Holy Grail. paki-correct na lang kung may mali
pero may "special cases" na pwede mag-gain ng muscle at mag-lose ng maraming body fat kahit severly cut ang calorie intake. sa mga obese na tao, possible daw yun at 800 calories per day

Wrong, wrong. WRONG! Dude, wag kang magspread ng hindi totoo. Eating 5+ meals a day SIMPLY IS NOT TRUE. Store excess as FAT? I've lost more body fat, AND faster by eating 3 meals a day compared to 5-6 meals before.
How many meals you eat is based on personal preference, not some rule set in stone. You don't store excess calories as protein, hell, our ancestors didn't eat 5-6 meals a day. They went on days without food because they had to hunt for them first, before feasting.
Just because the book's called "holy grail" doesn't mean it's the be-all end-all of weight loss/bulking/body building in general. Wag kang magiging close minded and don't criticize people for not following "The Holy Grail" or for not eating 5+ meals a day.

so, do you mean, if my TDEE is 3000 calories, I will eat 2 meals only with 1500 calories each ?
Or I will just eat two 500 to 700 calorie meal each day then fast for the rest of the day

Agree. Meal frequency is IRRELEVANT. It doesn't matter if you eat just one HUGE meal in a day or spread it out to 10 small meals. It's either you're in a calorie surplus if you want to gain weight or in a deficit for losing body fat. The amount of calories that you will ingest in a specific meal or time during the day won't make you fat or help you get ripped.
So long as you hit your macro's and your target calorie intake depending on your foals then you're all good.

sa 3 meals per day kasi every 3 hours may kinakain ako. Ito ang pansin ko
na advantage ng 5 meals per day, and once again personal observation ko
lang mga bro. It works for me but it doesn't necessarily mean it would work
for you too. Just experiment and try out different things and you'll find the
right diet that's suited for you. My 2 cents lang. Peace!

ngayon bulking i only eat 4x huge asz meals though, and 1 litre milk a day yung 3 percent fat 600 calorie+30gr protein.
Anong brand ng milk na to sir?

example, qng meron ka target na 5000 calories per day... pwede kang kumain ng 3 x a day, pwede ring 6 x a day.. so qng 3 x a day, mejo heavy meal yun, qng 6 x a day, moderate meal.... basta magtotal sya ng 5000 calories. hehe
