I'm writing this journals para maka-gain ng info's from you.
I'm working in Middle East (Saudi Arabia)
Before nag-ggym na ko las 2004 but ng stops ako due to work so biglang lumaki. Sa pinas pa ito.
I'll just start to work-out again last nov.27.
Starting Kg: 95 KGs (di ko lang sure kasi may suot ako jacket)
after 1 month: 88-90kgs
Height: 5'4"
Goal: Loss weight and trim w/ muscles. (yung bagay lang sa height ko)
Schedule of workout:
5:30pm after work for 1 1/2 hrs to 2 hrs max
Workout routines ko:
day 1: Chest, triceps, abs
day 2: Back, Biceps, abs
day 3:Shoulder, legs, abs
day 4: same in day 1
day 5: same in day 2
day 6: same in day 3
day 7: rest (day off sa work at supplement din)
Cooldown: 30 walk in threadmill
Before wala ako mga supplement na ginagamit... extra joss lang... hehehe no idea pa kasi sa mga supplements.
Last Jan.7, i start to take Creatine MET-RX, then Jan. 11 Lipo 6 and Amino 2222 ON.
Supplement routine: Amino 2222 2 tabs before workout and 2 after.
Lipo 6 - 1 every morning (wala na sa afternoon
kasi hirap makatulog
Creatine - 1st week (5 caps), 2-4week (2 caps na lang). Nagswell yung upper lips ko dahil siguro sa allergy sa creatine. try ko kung mawawala after a week in low dosage.

Meron na ata sir.... right under sa Day 7
wag mo lang pansinin nyan..time comes liliit rin nyan...
6 days ka nagt-train sir? di kaya na o-overtrain masyado ung muscles?
Dadating ka rin jan sa goal mo sir just stick to your plan and be patient, pag nainip kasi dun kadalasan umaayaw e.
Di ko sure kung allergic kasi upper lip lang naman ng swell then no rushes. siguro dry lang talga.
oo 6 days eh... nakakabato kasi pag sa kwarto lang.... hehehehe

ty paps, usually pag may water retention or bloated feeling inom ka lang ng isang upuan na 1.5 liters or 2liters, tapos iihi ka luluwag pakiramdam mo, pero dapat every day talaga, lalo na saten nag susupps. galon a day tayo mag water.
Laki ng inilakas ko ng buhat....
Before:
bench press (incline,flat, decline) - Barbell
warm-up 20kgs (12 reps)
1 set - 30 kgs (12 reps)
2 set - 35 kgs (10 reps)
3 set - 40 kgs (8-10 reps)
Now:
warm-up 30kgs(12 reps)
1 set - 40 kgs (12 reps)
2 set - 50 kgs (8-10 reps)
3 set - 60 kgs (5 reps) w/ spotter.
Dumbell press: 40 kgs 3 set (10 reps)
Tsaka 1 mins rest buhat uli... bilis recovery...
@MrMalambing,parang yung isang cm8 ko,amino at creatine sinasabay ang lakas din
oo paps, grabe din ako magtubig hahahah maya't maya din ako umihi
pero I consult it sa frend ko doctor na internal med.... ok lang naman daw na maya't maya ihi as long as di sya kulay tea.... clear daw... kasi nasa isip ko para makasama sa kidney....
