At least for bench press. Sa military press mas mababa on the Basic Strength Standards table that I have, you're considered advanced-elite if you can press your own BW.
For squats 1.5XBW and for deadlift 2X BW. Focus on these basic compound movements first before thinking of doing other stuffs.

actually i do pull ups kung back day ko. then dips if chest and tri ko.
hindi ko talaga mabuhat BW ko lalo na BP kasi ang maximum ko dun sa ngayun is 100lbs na (kumpara dati na gang 75-80lbs).
well wag mo po muna pilitin,di ibig sabhin na "you kan BP your BW" eh tlgng gagawin mo at pipilitin mo agad. kung 140lbs ka,at 100lbs na BP di pa kaya,eh lalo na yung 140lbs na BP
take your time at wag mainip. as long as you are seeing progress, kahit pa 2.5lbs lang nadadagdag mo basta gradual, eventually you'll get to your target poundage. I can already lift my body weight in decline BP but 10lbs shy sa flat lol.
