hello mga sir gusto ko sana magpalaki ng katawan ayon sa nabasa ko sa kung saan saan na website eto ang nabuo kong meal plan. ginagamit ko po na program ay Stronglift 5x5 pero naglalaro po ang weight ko sa 149 lbs at 152 lbs at hindi na ako nag gagain. mali po ba or kulang ang kinakaen at program ko?
breakfast (8 PM)
- 3 cups brown rice
- 3 eggs
- 1 scoop on whey protein
- optimen 1 cap
- fishoil 1 cap
2nd meal (12 MM)
- 1 kamote (violet)
Lunch (2AM)
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1/2 chicken breast or beef
- optimen 1 cap
- fishoil 1 cap
pre workout (6am)
- 1 scoop on whey protein
- 5g creatine
post workout (8:30 - 9AM)
- 1 scoop on whey protein
- 5g creatine
Dinner (10 AM)
- 2 fillets tilapia/cream dory
- 2 white rice
- optimen 1 cap
- fishoil 1 cap
