HI Sir, Puyat!? ako masasabi kong lagi din ako puyat or minsan. Kc panggabi ako, after ko umuwi nag waw8 p ko mag open ang gym samin around 8:30 so gising pa ko. So, puyat ako pag nag buhat pero alive nman kapg nag buhat na. Ang down side lang kc kapg puyat ka tatamarin ka mag buhat (isipin mo matulog n lang) pero kung gusto mo talgang gumanda or lumaki katawan(Goal) yakang yaka mo yan sir. Ika nga sacrifice lang talga ang nid. May araw nman na kaya mong makarecover sa puyat ung tipong isang araw n tulog k magdamag.
