@ro.chua.gim Yung torso photo mo sa taas, ganyan din hugis ng tyan ko. Any advise mga experts @bane@kenzy@dimzon03@jomski
Lower the BF% lang tlga bro. pwede mo sya pakapalin (thats for sure) pero di mawawala ung flabs at the same time. im still struggling kahit ngayon dyan, and diet tlga and compound lifts para activated lahat pati core.

Boss @scorched thanks for replying on this thread! struggle talaga to.
master @bane maraming salamat! doing compound lifts now. diet naka start na din.
Bro, may specific timing and application ang reverse dieting. It's not like you can go cold turkey and say "ok cut/bulk na", "reverse diet na", "strength training na", "switch to bodybuilding na".. every time you switch to a new diet or training may transition period yan. In real life you'll get weird results during the transition period, far from what is written and discussed online.

Tama Sir V, emphasize ko yung words na "stalled fatloss" which will only occur after a long effective fatloss. In my experience kasi, stubborn fats sa akin ang lower belly, well sa most people, it will only be accessed at lower BF%.
@badass_vinch@Aestecniques talagang the only way is to lower body fat percentage, eto ba palagi ang approach? Before bulking? For now kasi, napapansin ko na bumababa timbang ko. However, yung belly fat talaga, di pa rin maalis.

@badass_vinch thank you sa information sir. It's clear to me now. Actually di pa din ako nakakapag basa or i-entertain ang thought about that kasi busy pa sa project sa work. But will noted what you have said.

Makisali lang bro, based on my experience, nadecrease ang muffin top due to;
1. Caloric deficit - fatloss
2. HIIT - higher caloric expenditure resulting to fatloss
3. Reverse dieting - stabilization of metabolism to revamp stalled fatloss and activate stubborn fats usage

Thanks Master @Aesrecniques sa advice! will surely take note.
