can you post what's your current routine / sets of exercise ? reps and sets included bro.
squats 4 sets 8 - 12 ; 80 LBS, 100 LBS, 110 LBS, 120 LBS
front squats 4 sets 8 - 12 reps ; 40 LBS
Leg press 4 sets 8 - 12 reps ; 200 - 260 LBS
Dumbbell Farmer Squats - 8 - 12 reps : 30 LBS each
tapos Calves na po lahat ng calves machine
same po 4 set 8-12 reps
Yung image na may '2014' watermark, kailan pa 'yan? Last December 2014 lang din ba?

Not necessarily, unless kinulang ka sa kinakain mo... But I don't think you would unless malalaan ka ng oras sa pagplaplano at paghahanda ng pagkain mo para maabot yung goal mo.
Wala. Hindi naman kasi ako nagsusupplements eh. Subjective (kung available ba sa lugar mo) at preference (i.e. taste and price) din kasi yung bibilihin mong supplements kung saan ka nagkukulang at ano ang kailangan mo.
since you're interested in supplement, what I can suggest is whey protein and creatine . kung may extra pera ka, bili ka multi vitamins / vit. C .
though you also need to focus on the foods that you eat. supplements are convenient to get 20 - 25g of protein pero iba pa rin kung quality foods yung kinakain mo.
BTW, walang mabilis na gains. 3 years mabilis na yun.
was about to say this as well, haha! since TS posted 1 year of bb training AND mga 5 months na natigil sa pag bubuhat.
