New member here! (Needs to gain some weight!)
[size=medium] Hello everyone! New member lang po ako dito and I am hitting the gym since last year pero di consistent. Gusto ko sana humingi ng suggestions sa inyo kung anong proper work out program ba dapat ang gawin ko to GAIN WEIGHT. I am 18 yrs old , 5'9 in height and only 50 kg. of weight.
