2008 -- 3 months lang nakapag gym. (Aug - Oct) puro chest at delts lang haha.
2009 -- off.
2010 -- 10 months lang (March - December) chest, delts, back, legs and arms
2011 -- 1 month (May) 1month trial sa fitness first.
2012 -- off.
2013 -- off.
2014 -- February, nag-start ulit ako with proper nutrition. (no abs workout)
2015 -- present (no abs workout parin. lol)

Sobrang busy sa trabaho at pag kauwi samin family time naman buti nakakasingit ang workout :P
