Hello! I'm Frank. Saan po matino bumili ng whey protein kaysa sa cash and carry at ano pong ok na brand? matagal na akong gumagamit ng ON pero ngayong mataas na yung presyo nya, nag hahanap ako ng pamalit pag naubos na yung current tub ko.

    You may try PM7 kaso hindi siya isolate and it only cost 1600-1700.

    Ano yung difference ng isolate sa hindi? Mas mahirap ba yun mag disolve sa tubig? Ilan din palag pounds yung 1600-1700 na pm7? Thanks.
