For me, a lil bit of coffee before workout is ok, mdyo ok naman ang tolerance ko sa caffeine so no trouble w/ sleeping. i think most ng energy drinks aside from sugar and caffeine may taurine (w/c I think is a stimulant) din yata kasama. And pag uminom ako ng anything na may taurine plus sugar and caffeine, it will definitely disrupt my sleep sa gabi. kasi kung tama ang pagkakalala ko ung energy drinks since mataas sya sa sugar plus w/ the stimulating effect of taurine, it will shoot up ung insulin sa katawan mo then after it wears out sobrang pagbasak din ng insulin sa body mo. kaya sakin madalas after ng "hyper" effect sakin i feel so tired, sleepy, but ironically i cant sleep well. un usually effect sakin.
grabe cobra talaga, sobra lakas tama sakin 8pm ako nag wo-workout and it won't let me sleep til 2am puyat hahaha.

Hmmm I think di ka tlga makakatulog nun ser kung sa gabi ka iinom nun before workout. kasi kahit doctor ko would advise me not to take any drink na may caffeine or any stimulant 5 hours before sleeping. so sa akin pag ganun water lang. pro pag sa morning ako magwoworkout i defnitely take black coffee no sugar added, kung di kaya ang pait minsan, half teaspoon the most.
buti pa kayo tinatablan pa ng cobra ahhahaha! i need to take at least 4 scoops of jacked or any PWO sups para makaramdam ng sipa. masyado nang tumaas tolerance ko sa mga stims.
