Guys, Any recommended Intra Work out? Im planning to buy SciVation Xtend pero nag dadalawang isip pa kung kailangan ko to or hindi.

para sakin since yang scivation gamit ko nakaka 2 tub nako, watermelon madness, sarap inumin habang nag te training. at so far, na bigyan naman nila ng justice ung asa labeling nila kahit yung fatloss. before kasi ako lumagok nun, galing ako sa dirty bulking at pansin ko nabawasan talaga yung mg fats ko lalo sa midsection. well, broscientist ako kaya di ko masasabi na 100% tama ako kasi habang natira ako nun eh i lift heavy rin na alam naman naten pag heavy training naten nakaktulong din sa fat loss. eto ung dating o review ko jan sa bcaa na yan
Other than that, you are better off using other sources of protein.

I did use a lot of Scivation's XTEND during my S2B leaning out last Jan-Apr and it worked like a charm.
@riddler thanks for this sir, very informative, so it's safe to say that talagang epektib as fat loss supp to? I'm not cutting tho, ( Im into slow bulk actually). yung habol ko sa kanya eh yung pag gising mo di masakit katawan mo,and at the same time, does it serve as something like a NO pre WO drink?
Kung fasted training ka, it's a good pre/intra/post workout drink.
You mean nalelessen yung DOMS by using BCAA's? Technically speaking and based on their claim, it aids your recovery. But my experience says otherwise. If I trained balls out, let's say yesterday, and gumamit ako nito, garantisado, masakit pa rin katawan ko kinabukasan. DOMS will always be there, with or without supplement.
In my opinion, since you still want to gain mass, you are better off with whey protein. Or kung may budget ka talaga and you want a good intra-workout drink for gaining mass, I suggest for you to look at ON's 2:1:1.

- 1 scoop whey protein (preferably whey isolate), preferred ko dito is vanilla para neutral ang lasa kahit na anong ihalo mo.
- 1 serving dextrose powder (around 30-70g carbs) or gatorade powder
- 500ml water
Kung gusto mo ng extra kick ng caffeine, you can even add a teaspoon of coffee.
Puwede rin yan! Maselan nga lang sa ihahalo mong flavor especially if you will go with the gatorade route. Depende na yan sa panlasa mo. Hehe!
Check your macros nga pala. Make sure na fit pa rin yang extra calories.

I've tried supplementing BCAA's intraWO (Xtend or Purple Wraath) before for several years but na-observe ko na minimal to no difference sa performance ko sa gym versus plain water. HIndi naman sa sayang yung BCAA or namamahalan ako, it's just that I feel that I'm getting too much of the good stuff in such a short period. Imagine 50g of protein each pre and post WO plus 10-15g of BCAAs pa in a span of 3 hours.
kung gusto mo naman ng additional aminos sa diet mo either bulk or cut mas ok na magprotein ka na lang kasi mas madami ka pa makukuha (complete amino acid profile BCAA+EAA versus BCAA alone)
it's fine using BCAA lalot may sponsor hihihi pero pwede rin wala basta kumain tayo atleast 1 hour bago mag training.
