Tumaba dahil sa kakain since college . Hirap ng tanggalin after. hehehe...
Araw araw padeliver sa Jollibee (2pcs chicken, with 2 extra rice, + 3 fries) habang nanonood ng movie sa pc. Pag umuuwi ako sa probinsya, sinasabihan ako ng tatay ko na wala na daw akong leeg. hehehe.

So I decided na mag-enrol sa Gold's Gym (yun lang kasi malapit dito sa amin) @ 1,300/month (di ko kayang mag Fitness First na 3,200/month). Kahit walang trainer, basa basa na lang ako ng mga bodybuilding articles.

Everyday I'm learning naman. Pero di naman ako nagmamadali sa outcome. Gradual lang, paunti-unti.

Im happy with the result naman. But sometimes, iniisip ko din magpa-BULK. Medyo lean type lang kasi ung naa-achieve ko. I'm having trouble when it comes to bulking, di pa ako marunong kung paano talaga.

Tinry ko na kasi magpabulk once, Gumamit ako ng Mutant Mass (1000 calories/servings) and at the same time nagwoworkout din... pero ito lang ung effect:

naging flabby lang. hahaha...

Sana may magturo sakin ng proper technique magpa bulk. Toned/Athletic body category lang ako ngayon eh.

    right amount of food caloric intake and protein intake sa intensity ng workout mo sir :) mabilis nag cut down ang bodyfat mo dem genetics mag search ka about counting macros and try to manipulate your daily amount of food to your workout intensity :) :sport:

    yeah iniisip ko din yan pero sabi ko parang sobrang effort kapag magtitimbang pa. hahaha... usually dakot lang kasi ako ng lulutuin and count 2 hours, kain ulit.

    my Body Fat is 18.3% so mataas pa din siya for me. target ko sana kasi is 15%. Pero sana mag-increase muscle mass ko. Nakaka-5 scoops/day ako ng whey. Need to eat more pa nga siguro.

    yung 1st pic, di ko alam kasi di ako nakapag sukat.

    pero ung 2nd pic nasa 165lbs ako.

    & 3rd pic, 178lbs.

    hahahha laking paghihirap ko sa mutant mass na yan. buti sana kung gas lang pero hindi eh. hahahah pero kailangang ubusin ang 5 lbs. :-(
