They say I'm Fat... but I don't take it personal to them.

I took it as Personal challenge for myself!

This is me for years and growing...

I always weight around 105 to 107 Kg, I am a type 2 Obese!

I made many attempts before but was not successful due to lack of motivation. Started Gym membership last March weighing 103 in the scale, months before that I already started my diet independently, but i know something still lacking that I need someone in the fitness area to guide me so I go to some known Gym for membership.

I am now at 92 Kg after a month of workout.

    I like to bold this part of the quote. Got confused. Wait are you saying you got some sort of nickname and you call yourself 'Personal'? Or you referring to your 'personal' journal? Or is it just things just got real? I'm sorry sir if I don't follow.

    Yesterday. April 25 2014

    Cardio Day with less weights. (11am-12nn)

    Did Elliptical trainer for 15 Minutes. (5-minutes with 10 resistance, next 5 minutes with 15 resistance and the last 5 minutes with 20 resistance.)
    after the Elliptical Trainer, went to Rowing Machine for 10 minutes.

    Did Chest Press Machine:
    1st Set, 8 repetition with 30kg
    2nd Set, 8 repetition with 40Kg
    3rd set 8, repetition with 50Kg

    Eat Salad and Tuna Sandwich for Lunch, right after Gym.
    Done for the day.

    Di masyado akong nag-weight kasi di ko pa alam gamitin yung ibang equipment.
    Mostly kasi Cardio ako at leg work.

    May suggestion ka?

    Kasi Gym na naman ako ulit ngayon mga 11am.

    tawag sa shell na yan is "Saang" dito sa Cebu. Boiled lang yan or pwede mo ding i-grill ayos na ang kasunod hehehe, pero dapat itusok mo ang laman ng stick para hindi magtago sa shell pagnaluto na. hehehe

    Seafoods trip ka nyan lahat presko galing sa katabing Market lol...

    Note: Hindi ako umiinom ng alak hehehe, talagang kain lang ako at softdrinks.
