Cardio while bulking

Mga idol,
Ok lang ba mag cardio kung nag bbulk ka? Gusto ko kasi makuha yun best result ng pag wowork out ko. Right now, Im guessing na Im on the right bulking track. From 165+ lbs dati ngayon nasa 180 na ako (3 months consistent training).
Ang gagawin ko sana, mag cardio (jogging, swimming or HIIT/Insanity) ako ng max of 30mins (1-2x/wk siguro) pero same calorie intake at macros pa din ako same as my workout day.
Kaya ko lang naisip to kasi mas gusto ko may ginagawa ako pag rest day ko. Sayang naman kasi yun Sat or Sunday na bakante ako.

I know I am lifting heavy weights, kumakain ng sakto sakto o sobra o alike pero I want my heart as best pa rin.
Basta kumpleto tulog ko mag cardio ako ulet hehe sa ngayon asa pa.
Pero ayaw ko sa FUNRUN!!!!!!

Going back to the topic; I think cardio won't hurt your gains as long as it's in line with your goal and put on the program effectively. LISS though, will hurt your gainssss when done for a long period of time e.g. treadmill all day, or joining the fun run LOL. I'm definitely not against it, but I'm not a fan.
about sa cardio, as long as HIIT naman yung form nang cardio mo,( and doing it, let's say, twice a week? ) I don't think that there's something wrong with it naman, pwede ka ring mag basketball, mag soccer, etc.
wag lang yung 1 hour kang nasa treadmill na tumatakbo na walang pahinga ah, ano ka training for marathon :P
Concentrate ka sa Basics.
Squats
Deadlifts
Dips
Work ka to gradual overload, slow and deliberate reps. Mas papayat ka pa sa mga yan kaysa sa kahit anong cardio
Good yan dahil gngwa m sya separately.
Kung hearth health pwede ka rin mg long-distance - it wont hurt that much as long as its not more than 10 miles. Endurance running kasi da best sa puso parin talaga.
Try mo rin to do more supersets and giant sets using major lifts ewan ko kung di ka hingalin.
