Hi newbie here sa pbb. 3 month nag gygym pa lang. Medyo nakakalito sa daming program sa internet ano po ba magangdang program sa katulad ko?

Basa basa muna, then check what really fits your target.. Diff program has diff gains..
Tama! Some of the journals here have before and after pics. Read the journalist's stats. If you're almost the same and you think you can do it, then YES YOU CAN! :-)
