    sakin naman, nakasanayan ko na lang magcobra around 1 hr before ako bumuhat. di ko naman ramdam yung bagsak na feeling after bumuhat, kase excited ako magdota habang nagpapahinga! hahahah. pagtapos ko ng 1 game ng dota mga 40 mins un, sabay kain 2 da max na.

    Yan lang drawback sa energy drinks like cobra/extra joss/bacchus etc, sudden spike kasi ng sugar after nun crash naman. Nag ga-ganyan lang ako pag sobrang katamad talaga sa gym once a month siguro

    120, 125, 130, 135, and 140lbs: 5x5

    Others:
    nakalimutan ko na :biggrin:, basta light work-out lang ginawa ko( more of isolations) since Friday and Saturday nagwork-out ako, na-delay kasi ako dahil sa overtime sa office kaya bumawi ako.

    INCLINED BENCH PRESS:
    60, 65, and 70lbs: 3x10

    BARBELL ROW:
    110, 110, 115, 120, and 125lbs: 5x5

    FLAT BENCH PRESS
    90lbs 2x5, 70lbs 1x5. Di ko natapos pasara na iyong GYM, late na kasi ako nakapunta. :blush: Bawi na lang.

    OTHERS:
    1. Cardio and Crunching
    2. Tricep Push Down
    3. Cable Curls

    UPDATE(based on Mercury Drug's Machine):
    Body Weight: 141.8 lbs
    Body Fat Estimation:
    Fat Index: 14.2%
    Fat Mass: 20.1lbs

    Thanks sir, sa squat, rowing, at deadlift lang ako mabilis magdagdag na weight pero pagdating sa bench press at military press, ang bagal. :blush:

    Nagwork-out ako ngayon kasi di ako makakapg-gym bukas at sa Saturday, may meeting kasi ako sa Tagaytay.
