@koya bards actually i can pull 5-6 reps nga on that day though nag stop ako dahil actually tumabingi ang set ko ng bar sa likod if you have noticed sa vid i kept moving a lot stabilizing the bar after unracking it hahaha.
i'm gonna try to test my new maxes in my lifts this week (Bench, DLs, Squat and Overhead press) i hope i'm able to to go beyond 300lbs for 1RM sa squats and hopefully break my pressing PRs. medyo nainggit ako kay sir pacs eh hahaha.

next week sa 26 master mighty balik ko na is jan 7th sa next year na tayu makapag buhat malalamang teka ilang buwan na ba lumipas kasi running yung contract whether nagwoworkout ka dun or not once nag sart ka. kung may vacant ka this fri or weekend let see kung pwede tayu mag meet bigay ko sayu yung yellow contract para makapag pa ID ka na.

360x1 (hips were now OK but this upper back was not too tight during the movement)
385x1 (FAILED attempt: hips and upper back were good, i forgot too push to the ground using my chicken legs LOL)
400x1 (failed again this time i'm back w/ the hip problem hahaha and my CNS is starting to giveout had to rest a bit longer for the next attempt)

OK this may sound like excuses but these are exactly the reasons why i wasn't able to set a new PR. lack of food (wasn't able to eat a lot yesterday before i slept coz i slept late), lack of sleep (barely had 6 hours of decent sleep damn schedule! Pffft! >.<). and pre exhausted dahil sa pakikipag gitgitan sa MRT
My focus was kinda off today so can barely tap on the power of the "other me" and the ugly part or my last heavy single was when the bar was about to get past my knees i felt a strain on the left side of my lower back (remember my left leg is shorter than my right) w/c was a sign i was not tight enough so i immediately got myself tighter and manage to lockout the weight. Now, i feel nothing unusual except for my strained back hehehe but nothing too painful. lets hope it doesn't get uglier when i bench tomorrow.
Repeat it Bro, you have way more than 400lbs. Ako din sobrang deprived sa sleep for 2 weeks na as in para akong insomniac na ilang hours of sleep lang/day. Kaya pahinga muna ako this weekend next week na ulit buhat para medyo maayos.
Oo nga master mighty baka paguwi ko na sa prov ako mag attempt ng maxes ulit though i hope mag pan-out ng maiigi ung bench ko bukas and break the 200lbs plateau ko hehehe
i'll eat more tonight para makabawi sa lakas. actually yung 7reps pala na yun ay hindi failure set, back-off set yun i can do 10 reps sa 160lbs kung failure hehehe. nung nag 5/3/1 ako actually mas nakapag focus ako sa form compared sa poundage since hindi ganun kadami ang reps sa mga unga sets. so i've learn to activate my lat and tris better now actually wala na nga ako halos maramdaman na stretch sa pecs though i will need to work my arch dahil sa flexibility issues (sana mala gymnast ang flexibility ko LOL)

oks lang yan paps... may napanod ako vid ni matt ogus kasama nya si lavado sa workout, he felt shitty that day when doing deadlifts kasi kulang tulog nya... kaya sabi niya tatandan nya daw bago ng deadlift day he'll make sure na makakadami siya ng tulog..
