    Yep kasama buh pag hindi ko kasi sinama mahihirapan ako mag karga ng same load sa ibang gyms na di OB ang gamit.

    Post mo na yung vid mo OA naman galata ng reno lang ikaw pa?

    @jc hehehe hindi talaga ako nasayahan dyan kasi i'm supposed to rep-out ung last set ng DLs tapos sobrang drained ako nung after workout. medyo puyat kasi ako this past few days kaya ayun.

    sir DS, yung sean nalewanyj WO program ba nakapyramid yung weights per set? or volume? para kasing wala ako nabasa regarding dun..
  • Straight sets yun sir kung nasaan ang 5-7RM mo sir pero ang warmup sets nun naka ramp-up kaya important na properly warmed-up ka dun para ma prepare mo yung CNS mo sa heavy load sa working sets.Week 2 Bench 5/3/1 (3 sets of 3)

    *had to go back in logging my poundages in my "log book" na bitbit sa gym since mnagkamali ako sa pagload ng progression ng poundages last week for my bench (and hopefully not on all of my lifts)

    habang nasa dip station ako kanina. May mama kanina sa lat pulldown machine kasama ang kanyang 2 "groupies" hehehe na nagbubuhat din. etong si mama ay nagload ng pagkabigat (about 180lbs) sa lat pulldown at kulang na lang eh humiga sya habang hinihila yung machine and kulang na lang eh liparin sya pataas habang umaangat yung handle ng machine (note muscular naman ang physique ni kuya but not muscular enough gets? :P)

    now on the next set kinargahan ng 210lbs pounds at nag pa spot kay groupie #1 and take ang spot is sa "buong movement". so that's pulling 210lbs plus w/ the tulong of groupie#1 and "body english" (super sway anyone?) w/ very minimal activation sa lats.Oh before i forget after the set w/ the face of like saying "i'm a monster brah!" w/ groupie#2 amazed w/ what the "mama" accomplished *facepalm*

  • cutting ako sir pacs pero gradual cut lang. 2 weeks from now pako deload week (buhat pa din but w/ lighter load) then start uli ng 5/3/1 w/ my new maxes.oo pareng allen para sakin wannabe "strong" yun pag ganun. napatawa na lang ako sa sarili ko nung nakita ko mukha nya after nung 210 set eh. "i'm uber strong brah! come at me!" look eh hahaha! hindi na nahiya :P

  • honestly ako hindi ko ugali yung "look at me" sa gym though i make sure to appreciate comments pag may nakakapansin at nagsasabing "ang bigat nyan ah?" lagi kong sagot "tinyaga ko lang talaga yan" at konting ngiti as a form of thank you. though i must admit i love the attention i get sometimes (sometimes lang naman hehehe)

    Meron pang isa dun yung medyo may edad na rin pero malapad din naman na maraming tatoo, walang ginawa kung hinde bizepts at trizepts? I'm like "Why Brah?, Why?!?"

    Nakikita mo ba yun DS? take note light weight + high repz combo pa yun!

    kanina ko lang ginawa to papa, 2pm 1st meal big meal 2 rice tapos, bbq chicken,sinigang,tilapia and hito ihaw. then training ng 5pm, pota lakas ko, lolz, 410lbs dls x2. omg!

    Nag level up ka na Paps! Pang celebrity na status mo! hehe

    Dun din sa bulok na gym lapit sa bahay amp gusto ako piktyuran habang nagbubuhat ng maipaskil nila sa gym, kasi mabibilang mo daw sa isang kamay ang mabigat bumuhat. Pano ba naman tinuturo pa lang nila na program sa mga baguhan light weight + high reps tapos nagtataka pa sila kung bakit konti lang malakas bumuhat?

    Tae talaga minsan naawa na lang ako dun sa mga tinuturuan nila ng buko-bukong program nila...

    Yan ang matagal ko na di nagagawa, feeling ko kasi masusuka after a huge meal tapos heavy workout. Pero nung last na buhat ko lakas din ng pakiramdam ko, try mo ulit para malaman mo kung ganyan talaga response ng katawan mo or nagkataon lang.

    baka ihire ka ng PT niyan, pagbayarin mo at malamang yung program mo ang ipagagawa nilang program dun hahaha

    kase usually paps, 1st meal ko, 25% lang or 20, oatmeal with whey lang, then after 2hrs train, naisip ko, baket hindi kaya mag 40% meal ako or 45%, then 3hrs train, tapos post wo meal ko is 45% ulit, kase ganun na ganun din kinain ko after wo eh, then last meal is whey, pb sandwich and papayat fruit. ciempre 4x padin saging ko 2 saba 2 lakatan.
