hahaha nde rin pareng allen kulang na lang magclick spine ko jan haha, for some reason iba talaga ang feeling ng bigat nung plates sa amin sa SWI in KGs kasi yun (samson brand) feeling ko similar dun sa plate ng obsession gym na mabigat ng 10% hehehe.
i finally figured out on how to activate my lats when pressing sa inclined BB just like when im pressing sa flat bench though im pretty i got lots of weakpoints to work on still, im looking forward training w/ master mighty since dun sya for the time being magte train sa gym ko hehehe.
Mediocre workout i must say, my energy levels were somewhat not on par dahil medyo kulang sa tulog. Oh well! bukas time to do "The Press" w/ sir mighty hehehe.
nope underhand ang grip ko insan sorry medyo jargon ang ginamit ko :P la kasi ako maramdama masyado tama pag overhand (pronated) grip saka mas nagsislip ung mar sakin pag ganun.
