hehehe... after 5 months na ako mag uupdate sir para maganda ma post kong pic and stats, feb 14 valentines day ko ginawa tong journal. 2 months ago palang hehe.
regardless...dapat inaupdate mo to..kaya mo ba balikan yung 5 mos??so panu ilang pages yung isang update mo??duguan ng mata sa pagbasa..hope you keep this updated..dun mo talaga mamomonitor progress mo..hindi dahil sa hindi ka nguupdate kasi ala pang changes sa picture mo..good or bad side, just keep it logged...
flat benchpress yn..mejo bumabagal na nga ako dyan... hirap dagdagan.. aiming for 200lbs kaso matagal pa ata.. pero may developments na ren talaga sa chest.
