    Ang sakit sakit ng thumb finger ko. Dumugo tapos nag Hematoma. Naipit sa pinto. Ang kulit kasi ng mga pamangkin ko. Ice compress tuloy maghapon to reduce inflammation. Lapitin talaga ako ng injury hahaha.

    Kapag hirap ako sa Hand Grip bukas mag Squat nalang ako. No excuse to not train =>

    Ngayon nalang ulit nakapag net.

    Nag shoulder and triceps pala ako yesterday.

    Military press- 80lbs 5x5
    DB shoulder press- 35lbs each 3x4
    DB lateral raise- 4x8
    Front plate raise- 4X8
    DB seated rear raise- 4x8

    Skull crusher- 4x8
    Closed grip BP - 4X8
    Triceps Pushdown- 4x8
    Rope attachment tricep Pushdown- 4x8

    Nakapag legs na din ako sa wakas! Hindi na masakit hips. After 2 weeks nakapag SQUAT na ulit ako.

    Squats 5x5
    6 machine exercise sa legs- 5x10

    Lapit nako mag Injury-free. Makakabalik nako sa program ko sa wakas!Salamat mga papa, hindi nako ma injured kasi april na. Lumabas na sila lahat ngayung march.
