I was expecting the scale to be at least 210lbs (yes I'm a fat fuck right now) but lo and behold it was 196lbs!
So I guess i'm just holding a lot of water right now.

BUT I was almost drained afterwards, obviously lack of conditioning so I worked on it instead. Minimal rest on each set.
