    What is there to watch in local news anyway? Only exception is if there are natural calamities since we need to be updated every now and then.

    Week 1 50% of my 1RM- Conventional stance
    225x10x2

    Deficit DL's (Standing on a 2" plate) 50% of 1RM
    225x6x3 (Weird since the bar speed was much better on deficit DL's when it should be the opposite)

    Good Morning's
    85x6, 105x6, 125x6 ,145x3 (Bar slipped), 155x5

    GHR (kaso fail! sumasama paangat yung bantay sa gym na taga hawak sa legs ko! haha)

    Leg Curls
    45x10, 80x3x6 superset with

    Seated Calf Raise
    80x15, 100x10, 120x10, 140x10

    Plate Holds
    2x30lb plates 35sec, 30 sec, 25sec (less than 1 min rests in between sets)

    *Heavy Core Work

    Wasn't able to do Rack Pulls below the knee height and Bench supported rows since kulang na sa oras.

    Di ko pa kasi masyado maintindihan eh, with of course knowing your calorie maintenance ( calorie surplus )

    Yes high fat yun para mag enter ka in "ketosis". Kaya nag mga kinakain ni Dalts eh bacon, sausages, cheese, mayo then may carb load sya once a week in which kumakain sya ng sandamakmak na carbs.

    Actually si DS, Dalts at lastresort ang mga well versed jan since sila nag mga nakagawa na. Although I wouldn't suggest na i-try mo since you don't have enough muscle mass yet basing on your pics. Baka ma frustrate ka lang sa results.

    I see. Hindi pa talaga ngayon pwede.. Hehe kumbaga super advanced na hano.. Sir how about yung IF wala naman masama dun ano sir as long as hitting my Calorie Surplus? Kasi I found out na for me yung IF lean gains eh nakaka control ng hunger which is good for me para ma-balance lahat.
  • Tama si mighty @ jettie if ever you are planning to have a ketogenic diet, make sure that you have enough lean mass muna bago ka mag undergo neto and hindi sya biro na diet pero masaya.
  • you can do ketogenic diet while bulking. minimal fat gains. eto link.

    Ah i see thank sirs! So to be safe, I will undergo IF muna for gaining a muscle mass then hitting the CKG if enough or good mass gains na.

    *Felt something weird and a bit painful in my left hip sa warm up pa lang di tuloy naka pag heavy sa squat. Ano kaya ito, bad trip.

    Parang ako last week nung nag squat ako warm up pa lang din ako parang nag overstretch ung ligament sa left knee ko natakot ako pero pinagpagpag ko lang nawala din

    ^Ayun parang ganyan din yung feeling ng sakin pero sa left hip naman. I did more than enough naman pagdating sa warm up sa legs lang talaga todo warm up ako because of my previous injury. Kanina may mga reps na di ko sya nararamdaman meron din naman reps na sumasakit kaya nga weird.
