    Was supposed to do shoulders kaso may pain pa din sa left shoulder so i didn't risk it. Also my gout attack killed my training on this day.

    Oo Dalts, di ko alam kung sa mga nakain ko na naman over the weekend nag B-day kasi anak ko napadami kain ng karne.

    Taena iba yung sakit pati nga forearms ko sumakit pag nag curls ako pero tiis tiis na lang talaga.

    ganyan din ako brod mighty! genetics.. namana sa clan ang gout / gouty arthritis. ilang beses pinamaga paa ko nyan. wag mo paabutin sa ganun. lots of water para ma flush out. pero pag maga na talaga allopurinol ang iniinom ko noon.

    as for the joint pain and discomfort, pinapahiran ko nung cream with glucosamine daw.. tapos inom diclofenac.

    @Milk- Oo nga Bro, parang nang aaasar ba ang tadhana! Pero ok lang laban pa din!

    @Sir Bards- Parehas pala tayo Sir. Ganun din sakin galing sa tatay ko ito, wala daw kasi maipamana sa akin na kayamanan kaya itong gout na lang daw nya! hehehe

    Nag allopurinol na din ako pero no effect na sakin, I'm taking 3 kinds of meds pero natigil na din kasi since bihira na lang umatake. Di na rin naman ganun ka worse yung mga attacks unlike before na talagang tina-trangkaso ako sa sakit at para akong paralisado di makabangon sa kama.

    Wala akong makita na black cherry concentrate dito Sir although di ko pa naikot ulit yung CnC baka sakali meron dun.

    Yung Baking Soda ang next ko na try kaso masama nga lang daw ang lasa! lol

    Monday hapon, I've decided to set aside muna yung cluster training and yun binigay mong program and go with wendler's 5/3/1 and see how will it pan-out dadwonload ko na bukas yung PDF para mabasa ko na hehehe at mkita yung program template.ahahaha fafa dalts pwede si mighty ang magueguest sayu nde na ako pwede kasi once lang ako pwede mag guest for each person. last time kasi sa akin ka nakalista haha.
