Monday hapon, I've decided to set aside muna yung cluster training and yun binigay mong program and go with wendler's 5/3/1 and see how will it pan-out dadwonload ko na bukas yung PDF para mabasa ko na hehehe at mkita yung program template.ahahaha fafa dalts pwede si mighty ang magueguest sayu nde na ako pwede kasi once lang ako pwede mag guest for each person. last time kasi sa akin ka nakalista haha.
Sige Monday ng hapon gusto ko mag CGBP tagal na walang direct training tri's ko. Stick muna ako sa cluster mukhang may gains naman kahit papaano sakin.
Ok lang ako ganung time naka VL naman kasi ako sa Monday at inaasikaso ko yung ne-negosyohin ko. Wag lang sana ako ma trafic ulit gaya nung last time di tayo nagpang abot!
