oo nga eh, imiss the "bright lights" feeling pag fasted ako during training mas gising diwa ko pag ganun, ngayun kasi may PWO meal nko before training pero 16 hrs pa din fast ko before that. ung workout hours ko kasi pasok na feeding windows ko pffft! :skeptical:

Nakakalito lang sa umpisa kasi parang hybrid ng CG BP at skull crushers. Dapat talaga may spotter ka dito at talaga namang mababagsakan ka sa mukha ng bar pag biglang nag fail ka!
just saw the JM presses actually ganun ung angulo ng movement ko pag CGBPs ko sa smith machine nga lang, iba pala tawag dun nyahaha. i'll have to try that still though sa free weight BB.

You can but I've tailored fit it according to my goal. I do not follow any pre made training programs I just tweak mine from time to time.
