    oo nga eh, imiss the "bright lights" feeling pag fasted ako during training mas gising diwa ko pag ganun, ngayun kasi may PWO meal nko before training pero 16 hrs pa din fast ko before that. ung workout hours ko kasi pasok na feeding windows ko pffft! :skeptical:

    Yun nga ang mahirap sa pabago bago na sched parating may adjustment. Control ko lang naman ng konti BF ko para naman kung maktungtong man ako ng 200lbs e di ako mukhang balyena! hehehe

    around 190lbs pag nakapag rest ng maayos pag puyat the whole week bagsak agad sa 186lbs just like what happened last week!Gonna try 'em JM presses today! Sana lang di ako mabagsakan sa mukha! nyahahaha

    ah ok, same prob, though sa akin ang effect ng puyat eh mas bloated ako tingnan lalo na pag sobrang stressed pako at mas bumibigat ako for some reason maybe because of water retention or i dunno hehehe

    *Trained fasted again. That's all that I can manage for now for JM Press with strict form. Hits the triceps really well! Ang init sa tri's kada set sapul na sapul! Nakakalito lang sa umpisa kasi parang hybrid ng CG BP at skull crushers. Dapat talaga may spotter ka dito at talaga namang mababagsakan ka sa mukha ng bar pag biglang nag fail ka!

    just saw the JM presses actually ganun ung angulo ng movement ko pag CGBPs ko sa smith machine nga lang, iba pala tawag dun nyahaha. i'll have to try that still though sa free weight BB.

    your DL prog set starts at 250 with increasing weights, in sets of 5? bale last set mo is 400, tama ba?

    ^Yep. I play around with the increase in weight except for the last set which is where I target a new PR.

    You can but I've tailored fit it according to my goal. I do not follow any pre made training programs I just tweak mine from time to time.

    What's your current DL?

    Sa wakas nakapag ensayo din sa sobrang busy. Will do moderate weight/volume on my shoulders for the meantime habang di ko pa napapa check sa PT.
