Had a forgettable shoulder pressing day last Friday
Very brief chest training last Sunday
but bounced back on squats yesterday. The only worthwile thing that happened in my last 3 training sessions. Got 285 x 5 on box squats. Will aim for 300 on next training day.
Been busy for the past couple of days. Found out I have some health issues but nothing serious for now. I just hope I don't need to go under the knife.
Mag improvise ka na lang pwede na yung mga bench basta mababa. Yung ginagamit ko kasi medyo mataas pa 13inches kaso wala ng iba not unless magpapagawa ako ng box.
Did some Chest and bi's today. Can't do heavy DB's since dun ako sa bulok na gym near my place nag ensayo so just increased the reps and cut down the rest intervals. Good pump though.
*People in the gym are saying I'm gaining size yet dropping BF at the same time. Hope they still have a 20/20 vision.
Sumakit na naman left elbow ko kanina sir mighty sa bench press. Fly and pec dec nalang tuloy tinira ko. Yan nalang iniinda ko ngaun. Ayaw pa gumaling hahaha
Wag mo na paala yan! Nadale kame nung 4th quarter. Uminit si Canaleta kanina tapos huli na pinapasok si james. Kayo na pasok sa semis! Tatalunin namin meralco para pasok na din kame. hahaha

DB Front Raise right arm only then Lateral Raise left arm only x 4 x 8. Working on symmetry since my left front delt is bigger than my right and then my right medial delt is bigger than my left. I just thought its about time to work on both lagging parts.

Pero wag mo lang sudin yung wide stance kung di mo kaya ok lang shoulder width.
