    Dahil ata to sa 2 consecutive day heavy squat ko last week. Nag squat ako nung thursday tapos kinabukasan nung GWO friday nag squat ulit ako. Natuluyan ata hahaha.

    Pakita ko sayo bukas hahaha.

    noobie! ingat ka sa pag buhat ng sobrang bigat. at kung hindi maiwasan dahil sa kailangan sa program just be sure with proper breathing. hindi biro ang maluslusan naku! para na rin sa lahat ng mga beginners ang reminder na itoh!

    Ayan makinig kayo Bro Milk! Form over weight at all times! It's good to lift heavy ass weights but make sure your body is prepared and capable to do it.

Because weight lifting and PT can be potentially harmful when done incorrectly, it is advised to get clearance from a doctor before performing too much - too soon. To decrease that pressure, focus on breathing deep all the time - during workouts and in your daily activities.

    Sensya na mga bros at sobrang busy nung Saturday, natapos nako sa mga transaction ko mga 9PM na. Had a bad week last week since 2x lang ako nakapag ensayo! Kaya itotodo ko na today! lol!

    Anyway ginanahan ako sa vid na ito lalo na yung sagot nya about Justin Bieber! FTW! Nyahahaha
