dapat anjan ako manila kahapon til ngayong hapon..eh ayako mapapagod lang ako sa byahe..eh magbabakasyon ako sa weekend..gusto ko relax na ko ngayon pa lang..ahahaha
5 am po kasi ako umuwi nun galing work then practice po ng 9:30am naka tulog naman ako ng 3 - 4 hrs kaya pumipikit pikit ako nung nasa taxi pa lang hehehe.
ah ok... pro in fairness wala masyado decline sa energy during workout. darn it really makes a lot of difference pag athlete(nicetry) ka compared EAT-lete (me hehehe) lupit ng stamina mo pre konting recharge ayus na ulit wahaha! :biggrin:
ahahaha... mdyo mas kailngan ko kasi ng mas "filling" na meal nun eh, magbe break pa lang kasi ako ng fasting period ko nun for the day. so i needed a lil bit of larger meal hehehe
